Celebrity tennis fan Lindsey Vonn is back in the eye of the storm … of the GOAT debate.
You might remember how the Olympic champion skier ignited a social media firestorm for herself with fans of Novak Djokovic last month when she dubbed Roger Federer, a longtime friend, with the moniker of “the greatest of all-time.” But on Sunday, Vonn took to X to assuage any fears that Djokovic’s fans might still have over any supposed disrespect of the Serbian’s career achievements, posting a selfie with the current world No. 1 alongside glowing praise.
“Hanging with the [goat emoji], and yes, I do believe he is the goat,” Vonn wrote.
“Contrary to Twitter beliefs, I think there can be more than one. But @DjokerNole holds the records and I have nothing but respect for what he’s achieved… and he skis!”
